We are continuously moving forward with Property Holders🏨
The academy for Property Holders just opened at the beginning of April and it's getting attention through my personal tiktok account with more than 63k followers, we already have people enrolled in our membership. Those that are enrolled in our membership have full access to our real estate courses, masterclases and webinars.
When you join, not only you will be able to have acces to all the information, also you will be able to invest in the rental properties that we are already managing. We are trying to find more deals to add them to our portfolio for when we launch the marketplace. For now we have two properties and looking for more in South Florida.

Also for those that bought our NFT gorilas 🦍, they already have anual access to Property Holders. The only thing for now we only had time to do all the content in Spanish and we are working asap to create it in English.
It's true that technically you can't join yet the academy by login with your wallet, since we don't have that feature yet. So for now, anyone that bought NFT and wants to join Property Holders, we will create a membership through a traditional email.
We are about to introduce our learn to earn feature for members that will earn SSTX for each masterclass you finish. Bringing new Holders to SSTX with a new purpose. Holding those SSTX to buy pieces of Real Estate.
We are forming a new community around real estate, besides our precious metals community. Both communities are sharing the same vision, to use SSTX to be able to buy hard assets to keep your money safe and diversified, with precious metals and real estate.
This project is very heavy since not only is it just a crypto token, we are building real business, which needs to be profitable, and build a use case around SSTX. This includes the precious metals ecommerce- Silver Stonks, and now Property Holders University and Property Holders Real Estate Shares.
These businesses will bring new customers that are rewarded in SSTX, for a more indirect entrance to crypto
We chose this route instead of direct crypto marketing because right now you cant market crypto directly and second, this will bring more people to the project as a whole.
Right now you can:

✅️Earn SSTX for learning about Real Estate strategies to start in the industry.
✅️Earn SSTX by staking and accumulate it to buy physical precious metals or pieces of Real Estate.
More people enrolled in the academy = More customer base ready to buy pieces of real estate, as well as silver and gold, meaning more people willing to use SSTX.
We are working on posting a new timeline for the road ahead, so you guys can see the new developments ahead.
Just a side note for the staking platform, it has been tested again, for now is working fine minus some delays updating the leader board. Keep staking those SSTX, since besides the value, they will get you closer to acquire free precious metaks and property shares.
